Delivery times vary depending on the supplier.
All E-Bikes are dispatched the same day or the day following order placement. UK couriers are used for Deliveries and they are made Monday to Friday. All E-bike orders are delivered within 1-7 working days after ordering - this is normally a lot quicker and 2-3 days after we have performed regulatory PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) checks. You will be notified in 24 to 48 hours of your delivery day. If there are any issues at all with despatching, we will contact you by either email or telephone.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
NOTE: Please keep your original box and packing materials for at least 14 days after delivery for any potential return.
